Application: BIICS Bookkeeping Assist | Effective: September 8, 2026 | Scope: Internal use only
This agreement governs use of BIICS Bookkeeping Assist, a private software integration built and operated by Business Intelligence & Informatics Consulting Services, Inc. (“BIICS,” “we,” “us”) for its own internal bookkeeping and financial-reconciliation work inside its own QuickBooks Online company file.
1. What this application is
BIICS Bookkeeping Assist is an internal integration between BIICS’s own systems and the QuickBooks Online API (Intuit Inc.). It reads posted transactions and financial reports from BIICS’s own company file and, where explicitly directed by authorized BIICS staff, corrects transaction categorization. It is a private operational tool, not a commercial product.
2. Internal use only
This application is licensed for use exclusively by BIICS and its authorized personnel and systems, against BIICS’s own QuickBooks Online company file. It is not made available, licensed, sublicensed, distributed, or offered for installation by any other business, individual, or QuickBooks customer. There is no public sign-up, marketplace listing, or multi-tenant use of this application.
3. Authorized users
Access is limited to BIICS personnel and BIICS-operated automation explicitly authorized by BIICS leadership. Any credentials, tokens, or connections associated with this application belong to BIICS and may be revoked or reissued at BIICS’s sole discretion, without notice to any individual user.
4. Ownership
BIICS retains all right, title, and interest in this application, including its source code, configuration, and any output it produces. Nothing in this agreement transfers ownership of BIICS’s software, data, or QuickBooks company file to any other party.
5. No warranty
This application is provided for BIICS’s own internal operational use, as-is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. BIICS does not represent that it is fit for use by any organization other than BIICS, or for any purpose outside BIICS’s own bookkeeping operations.
6. Termination
BIICS may disable, modify, or discontinue this application, or any individual’s access to it, at any time and for any reason, without notice.
