Business Intelligence & Informatics Consulting Services, Inc. (BIICS) operates this website. This policy describes information handled when you browse our website, contact us through it or follow its recruiting links. Separate product policies apply to BIICS software, including Accounting Assist.
Information you provide
Our contact form requests your name, email address, inquiry type and message. You may also provide your organization and phone number. We use this information to understand your request, respond and manage related business communications. Please avoid including passwords, financial account details, government identification numbers or other sensitive records in a general inquiry.
Website operation and usage information
Hosting, security, spam-prevention and website statistics services process technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referring pages and the time of a visit. This supports website delivery, security, troubleshooting and an understanding of how visitors use the site.
The website uses WordPress.com and Jetpack services provided by Automattic. Contact submissions may be stored in the website dashboard and sent by email.
